What forms of payment are accepted?
For every order, we accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover. Payments are processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted payment page.
Regardless whether you are local or not, all orders must be made online. No Exceptions.

What is a lace closure?
Lace closures are thin hair pieces made of lace which are only a few inches long and wide so that they lay flat on your head. Lace closures ensure that all of your hair is being protected while you color and blend the textures of your weave, allowing for endless coloring and styling without all of the problems and worries of blending with your own natural hair.
What is a lace frontal?
It has the same purpose as a lace closure but covers a larger part of the front of your head and is altered and used to mimic a natural hairline.
Do you offer bundle deals?
No. You must order each bundle separately and order as many as you need.
How many bundles do I need?
The amount of bundles necessary for a full head sew-in or wig depend on the lengths of the bundles you are purchasing. Since each bundle is the exact same weight, keep in mind that the longer the hair, the shorter the width of the weft.
Hair 10”- 14” in length:
We recommend a minimum of 2 bundles and 3 bundles if you are seeking a very full look.
Note: We also recommend one lace closure if you are wanting to cover up your own hair or in the event you are bald, balding, or thinning out in the front or top of your head.
Hair 14”- 18” in length:
We recommend a minimum of 3 bundles although 2 may cover your full head sew in.
Note: We also recommend one lace closure if you are wanting to cover up your own hair or in the event you are bald, balding, or thinning out in the front or top of your head.
Hair 20”+ in length:
We recommend a minimum of 3 bundles because it will most often times cover your full head sew-in. However, we recommend 4 to 5 bundles if you are seeking a very full look.
Note: We also recommend one lace closure if you are want to cover up your own hair or in the event that you are bald, balding, or thinning out in the front or top of your head.
What is the difference between Indian, Brazilian, Peruvian, and Malaysian virgin hair?
Brazilian, Peruvian, and Malaysian are simply words used to market virgin hair. This means that Brazilian, Peruvian, and Malaysian women do not donate their hair. Terms such as Brazilian, Peruvian, and Malaysian are just like the terms Burmese, Russian, Mink, etc. All of these terms are used to help describe and market virgin hair. However, all hair is some variation of Indian or Asian hair. Any other labels are simply made up terms meant to convey a certain texture, pattern, or behavior to the customer.
So why "Brazilian Hair"?
Brazilian Hair is currently the most in demand hair texture on the market for many reasons. Brazilian Hair is genetically diverse but tends to be natural and shiny in appearance and is very versatile, thick and durable, yet soft and smooth to the touch. This hair also tends to blend in with most individual’s natural hair textures and does not require any special maintenance. It is available in curly, wavy, and straight styles and often holds curls longer than Indian Hair.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our product, all sells are final. Hair is considered a personal hygiene product and is not safe, if reused.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
If an order needs to be cancelled – please email lushhairsuite@gmail.com with the Subject “Order Cancellation Needed”.
Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong item. In this case please email us at lushhairsuite@gmail.com with the subject “WRONG ITEM RECEIVED”.
Once we receive the UNUSED, non-damaged hair in the mail from you and have confirmed that it is still in the same brand new condition that we sent it to you in, we will ship you the items you originally ordered.
We strongly recommend you get a tracking number and shipping insurance from the shipping company you choose to return with. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods that are sent back to us for any returns. If you obtain a tracking number, please email us the tracking number so we can also be on the lookout for your return as well.
All shipments to us are your responsibility. We will, however pay for shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label that can be printed out and put on a box/bag to ship back to us with.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered including brushed, combed, picked, cut, or shampooed/cowashed in any way.
PLEASE BE COMPLETELY SURE OF YOUR ORDER BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.
What is the turn around time for shipping?
Please see the Shipping Policy for all details regarding Shipping Time.
To be on the safe side, Please order your hair at least a week and a half to two weeks prior to your hair appointment, to ensure that you will receive your hair on time.
We are not responsible for missed hair appointments due to lack of planning.
Are expedited services available?
Yes. Expedited Services are available for wig construction and revamps only! For more details, CLICK HERE.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies depending on how much you spend.
Shipping is only $2.99 for USPS Priority Shipping on orders up to $49.
Shipping is $5.99 for USPS Priority Shipping on orders between $50 - $199.
Shipping is FREE for USPS Priority Shipping on orders $200 and above.
Tracking numbers are included with all shipments.
International Shipping is not available at the moment.
How long will Lush Hair last?
If you follow all of the tips on the Lush Hair Care Tips page, your hair should last from 1 – 2 years, if not longer.
Can I color this hair?
Lush Hair Suite hair is 100% human virgin hair that can be lifted and colored to any desired color you are trying to create. Be sure to protect color treated bundles with conditioner. Consult a professional to get the best result and assure that the process is done correctly as to not ruin your hair.
